About Booksy One

Booksy One is a hospitality technology startup building an operations-first PMS and revenue discipline platform for independent hotels, homestays and stays across India. Our focus is on improving on-ground execution, revenue visibility and operational trust for hotel owners.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to onboard and manage hotel partners and act as a key account owner for assigned properties. This is not a pure sales role it combines sales, operations and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard independent hotels, homestays and stays onto the Booksy One platform

Present and close subscriptions for Booksy One's service plans

Own and manage a portfolio of assigned properties

Act as the single point of contact for hotel owners and front-office teams

Ensure proper usage of the PMS, billing and operational workflows

Monitor bookings, billing discipline and payment follow-ups at property level

Coordinate with internal teams (tech, data and media) for onboarding, issue resolution and campaign execution

Support hotel partners in improving operational adoption and revenue visibility

What We Are Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work on the field and visit hotel properties regularly

High ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts independently

Comfortable working with technology platforms and digital tools

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-moving startup environment

Preferred Background

BTech, BBA, MBA, Hotel Management or related disciplines

Prior exposure to sales, operations or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory

Performance Metrics

Number of properties successfully onboarded

Active PMS and workflow adoption across assigned properties

Subscription retention and owner satisfaction

Timely resolution of operational and account issues
