Blueberry Digital Labs is seeking an experienced and visionary Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining long-term strategic goals, building robust relationships within our community, and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue. You will lead our efforts to expand our market position, working with both internal teams and external partners to ensure our services and products continuously enhance our company's performance.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
- Define long-term organizational strategic goals and identify new business opportunities that will improve our market position.
- Lead pitches and proposals, working with the team to develop compelling offers that address community members needs and objectives.
- Handle objections by clarifying and negotiating through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Grow, maintain, and leverage relationships with our community members and key partners.
- Identify opportunities for new campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase revenue.
- Conduct extensive market research to identify new markets and understand competitors, defining our unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Prepare sales contracts and ensure adherence to all legal guidelines.
- Promote the company's products/services by effectively addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other internal staff to maximize revenue.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports and ensure all data is accurate.
- Develop and mentor entry-level staff into valuable salespeople, providing business development training and support.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Protect the organization's value by keeping all information confidential.
