Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Hitech City. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building fruitful customer relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and leading negotiations. Additional responsibilities include market research, setting and achieving sales targets, collaborating with teams to devise effective marketing campaigns, and providing regular updates and reports on performance metrics.

• Strong strategic thinking and business development expertise, including client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience in market research, sales planning, and identifying growth opportunities in Furniture Industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet high-performance targets
• Previous experience in the furniture industry is must required.
