Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who can convert opportunities into partnerships. You'll identify leads, pitch brand strategy and creative services, and nurture long-term relationships with clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and proactive outreach.
* Identify client needs and align them with Bestow's strategic and creative offerings.
* Collaborate with the creative and research teams to design customized proposals and presentations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention and growth.
* Track industry trends and competitor activity to discover new avenues for expansion.
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Prior experience in advertising, branding, or creative agency business development.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of marketing trends, digital media, and branding solutions.
* Ability to think strategically and creatively.
* Domestic Traveling is a must.
