We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager (1–3 years experience) who can help generate and convert leads into software development projects.
Role Responsibilities- Generate and convert leads for:
- Website Development Projects
- Web Application Development
- Mobile App Development
- AI Development Projects
- ERP/CRM Software Projects
- Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations
- Manage leads through Zoho CRM
- Work on LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
- Engage with prospects, understand requirements, and schedule meetings
- Follow up and help close deals
- Handle client communication professionally
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for proposal discussions
Requirements- 1–3 years experience in Business Development / IT Sales (Internship experience may also be considered)
- Prior experience converting software development projects is preferred
- Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus
- Experience handling LinkedIn leads and outbound prospecting
- Strong English communication and client handling skills
- Understanding of websites, mobile apps, web apps, or AI solutions is preferred
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Compensation- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Plus Incentives / Performance-based commissions
Location- Remote / Delhi NCR (as applicable)
