Job Summary:
We're hunting a self-driven BDM to own BFSI sales (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) in South India! Drive growth in Tamil Nadu & neighboring states Karnataka, Kerala with IT software apps, and solutions. Think deals, relationships, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Hunt & Close Deals: Target BFSI accounts (banks, NBFCs, insurers). Push IT software applications, cloud solutions.
Map & Grow: Build a killer pipeline. Manage existing clients + hunt new logos.
Partner Play: Tie-ups with fintech, system integrators, OEMs
Be the Voice: Present to CXOs, drive demos, nail proposals.
Hit Numbers: Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Stay Sharp: Keep up with BFSI trends, products, competition.
Must-Haves:
5-8 years IT sales (BFSI focus, South India exposure).
B.E. (CS/IT/ECE) and MBA (Marketing/Sales).
Proven track record hitting BFSI targets.
Speak fluent English and Tamil (bonus: local language).
Relationship-driven, hungry, adaptable.
IT products: software applications, software solution sales, cloud.
Nice-to-Haves:
BFSI Sales certifications
Experience with digital transformation, payments.
Existing South India network .
