About The Role

We're looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who understands the pulse of media, advertising, and premium client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just chase leads but builds long-term partnerships, opens high-value accounts, and drives meaningful revenue growth.

You will play a key role in onboarding premium brands, expanding our client portfolio, and positioning our agency as a trusted strategic partner in media and advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard high-value clients and premium brands across industries
  • Build and maintain strong C-level and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth
  • Pitch media, advertising, branding, and digital marketing solutions with confidence and clarity
  • Lead end-to-end client acquisitionfrom prospecting to deal closure
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to craft compelling proposals and campaigns
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure profitable and sustainable deals
  • Track market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and brand meetings
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting discipline

What We're Looking For

  • 712 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within media, advertising, marketing, or digital agencies
  • Strong track record of onboarding premium clients and closing high-value deals
  • Deep understanding of media planning, advertising campaigns, brand strategy, and digital marketing ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with brands and decision-makers
  • Confident in pitching to CXOs, marketing heads, and senior leadership
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
  • Experience managing large deal cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations
