We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and scale our business efforts. As a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi with partial work-from-home flexibility, the Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships, and generate sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategic business plans, executing market research, identifying and cultivating potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with Avlot Media's offerings.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and market research expertise
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations
• Ability to collaborate effectively and align client needs with agency services
• Experience with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and creative agency services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
