Job Description

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to identify potential clients for US Staffing services.
  • Acquire new clients by understanding their hiring requirements, negotiating rates, contracts, and service agreements, and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by handling their communication, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and other client agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with recruitment teams to ensure efficient service delivery, coordinate activities, and achieve business objectives.
  • Achieve business development and revenue targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, expanding client base, and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for identifying market trends, competitor analysis, and staying up-to-date with industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to inform sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and business development activities to inform future strategies.
