Role Description

Business Development Manager role based in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and creating strategic growth plans. Responsibilities also include market research, proposal preparation, pipeline management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation
• Proficiency in market research, analysis, and competitive strategy development
• Experience in sales planning, proposal preparation, and pipeline management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets within deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Familiarity with the software development or IT services industry is highly desirable
