Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Warangal. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and formulating strategies to drive company growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Market Research and Analytical skills to identify trends and create data-driven strategies
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Strategic Planning experience focused on driving revenue and market expansion
  • Proficiency in CRM or similar tools and familiarity with sales reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry or solar solutions is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
