Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Manager.

This is not a desk job. This is a relationship job in cities that are just beginning to understand what great AV can do.

If you have sold premium interior products - tiles, wallpapers, lights, furniture - and you know how to walk into an architect's office and earn their trust, we want to talk.

About AV Solutions

AV Solutions is a system integrator established in 2012, specialising in personalised Audio-Video, Home Automation and Control Solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

We work with architects, interior designers and developers to deliver concealed wiring, dust-free installations and experiences that last. Based in Thane, we operate across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Pune – and we are expanding.

The Role

Full-time | On-site | Mumbai (with extensive Tier 2 and Tier 3 city travel) Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

You will identify and build business opportunities in new markets. Your primary contacts will be interior designers, architects and premium project owners. You will represent AV Solutions in cities where we are a new name and turn that newness into long-term relationships.

Responsibilities: Building and maintaining relationships with interior designers, architects and project stakeholders in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities Identifying business opportunities and driving end-to-end client acquisition Delivering confident, consultative sales presentations Collaborating with our internal team on project handovers Market research and competitive awareness in new geographies

What You Bring

3 to 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in interior products, building materials, lighting, automation or a related premium industry Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Comfort with frequent travel and working independently in new cities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Experience in AV or Home Automation is a bonus - not a requirement.
