Job Description

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Time: 4 PM to 1 AM IST

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and support end-to-end sales for software solutions. The role involves engaging with C-level executives, cold calling, and assisting in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach
  • Connect with C-level executives via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct cold calls and schedule client meetings/demos
  • Support proposal creation and deal closure
  • Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/IT preferred)
  • 0–3 years experience in B2B sales / international calling
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot is a plus)

What you'll do:

  • Own and maintain our sales tools ecosystem (CRM, outreach platforms, automation, analytics)
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-step email sequences and campaigns
  • Support social media marketing efforts, including content scheduling and performance tracking
  • Identify friction points in our sales process and proactively suggest improvements
  • Generate reporting and insights that help the team sell smarter
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to keep everything aligned
