Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Business Development Manager for Defence Products, based in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with stakeholders in the Indian defence sector (Indian Army & Indian Navy, Shipyards etc) . Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales operations, business development, tendering and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires active engagement with global OEM partners and local government bodies to facilitate market penetration and successful partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the defence industry or experience working with government tendering processes is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for sales and business development is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as required
