Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, develop growth strategies, and promote AssistHubPro's virtual assistant services to potential clients. The candidate is expected to set goals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the marketing and operations teams. They will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing business development proposals, and participating in industry networking opportunities and events.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

• Lead outreach, discovery calls, and negotiations through to close

• Develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential partners

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Track and report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue targets

• Experienced candidates: background in business development, sales, or a growth role is a plus

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage

• Bonus: existing network or prior exposure to our industry vertical
