Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager specializing in Digital Marketing within the Real Estate sector. Based in New Delhi, the role offers a combination of on-site and remote work. The manager will spearhead business growth strategies, identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, manage digital marketing campaigns, and develop lead-generation strategies. They will also be responsible for analyzing digital market trends, planning marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities to expand Propbotics client base and ensure impactful client engagement to spur growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ad Campaigns
  • Skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Marketing Strategy Development
  • Ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with real estate professionals and potential partners
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Sales Operations, and Lead Conversion strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in presentation and negotiation
  • Experience with Real Estate Marketing, Lead Generation, SEO, Video/Content Production, or similar industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment
