Business Development Manager

Aspirant Education Sansthan (AES), founded in 2014, is a not-for-profit organization committed to equipping India's youth with skills and opportunities for economic independence and purposeful living. With a presence across 12+ states and 320+ training locations, AES collaborates with Sector Skill Councils, State Skill Missions, and corporate CSR initiatives to deliver skill development programs. The organization primarily focuses on skilling youth from marginalized and underserved communities, having trained over 50,000 individuals across diverse sectors. AES aims to bridge the skill-employment gap by providing high-quality, industry-relevant training programs and strong placement support, aligning with its mission to foster inclusion and dignified employment opportunities nationwide.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ajmer. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing strategies, negotiating partnerships, managing proposals, and analyzing market trends to expand the organization's reach and impact.

• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and market research.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating and managing proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and develop strategic initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in relevant business software and tools, such as CRM platforms, is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in the education, skill development, or non-profit sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Ajmer with a collaborative and proactive approach to achieving goals.
