Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Ajmer. The Sales Executive will interact with clients to understand their needs, offer personalized product recommendations, and provide an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining client relationships, staying updated on product knowledge, and contributing to the growth of G.S Diamonds & Jewelry's brand through excellent service and sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, and negotiation
  • Basic knowledge of jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones, or a willingness to learn quickly
  • Understanding of retail operations and point-of-sale systems
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service
  • Prior experience in jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
  • Fluency in regional languages and English is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or jewelry are a bonus
