Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Managerwho will identify, target, and convert potential clients for our agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising/branding/marketing services, a proven track record of closing deals, and the hunger to grow business in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients across industries.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through research, cold outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
Understand client business needs and present tailored agency solutions.
Drive end-to-end BD cyclefrom the first call to proposal, pitch, negotiation, and closure.
Pitching & Presentations
Collaborate with creative/strategy teams to create compelling pitch decks.
Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the agency's capabilities and value.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and convert them into active clients.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding market needs and recommending relevant services.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights to refine business strategy.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of business development experience in an advertising, digital, branding, or creative agency (mandatory).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of marketing services (branding, digital, social, ATL/BTL, video content, etc.).
