Role Description

We're looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to work with us on-site in Pune. The role involves finding new business opportunities, building solid relationships with clients, and helping shape strategies to grow the studio. You'll also dive into market research, creator strategy planning, and pitching our services to potential clients. On top of that, you'll support negotiations and work closely with our creative team to make sure projects run smoothly and targets are met.

Qualifications

Strong experience in business development, sales, and handling client relationships

Good at market research and spotting new opportunities

Comfortable working on creator strategy and understanding content trends

Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Able to work well with creative teams and manage multiple tasks

Experience in photography, advertising, or media is a bonus

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
