Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Business Development & Sales Associate to drive growth through structured outreach, relationship building, and effective sales conversion — all from within the office. This role focuses on managing inbound leads, building a strong outbound pipeline, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and reach out to architects, interior designers, and developers through calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
• Conduct virtual presentations and product walkthroughs for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with design professionals
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain and update lead pipelines, trackers, and CRM systems
• Support marketing initiatives by providing on-ground sales insights and feedback
• Stay updated on design trends and competitor activity
Key Requirements• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and structured outreach
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset
• Interest in design, interiors, or architecture is a plus
