Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business strategy, client acquisition, and market expansion while working directly with senior leadership. You will play a critical role in driving the growth of our AI-based HR tech platform. Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking events. Sales Enablement: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients.
  • Client Engagement: Support client meetings and demos, and contribute to building long-term relationships.
  • Partnership Development: Explore and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the platform's reach and capabilities.
  • Product Feedback: Collaborate with the product team to share insights and feedback from prospects to improve our AI-based HR solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with B2B business development in the HR tech and AI domains.
  • Direct exposure to startup operations and decision-making processes.
  • Mentorship from experienced founders and domain experts.
