We are looking for a high-energy, go-getter Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth. You will be the face of Appriffy, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with both Indian and international clients. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is hungry to achieve individual and teams targets and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
· Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients (startups to enterprises) looking for high-calibre engineering talent or seeking to establish GCCs in India.
· Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to build a robust sales pipeline and reach out to decision-makers globally.
· Sales Pitching: Effectively communicate Appriffy's value proposition including 4-day average fulfilment time and high 97% retention rate to prospective clients.
· Follow-up: Maintain persistent and professional follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
· Deal Closing: Negotiate and close contracts for month-to-month or long-term talent engagements to achieve individual and teams targets.
· Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends regarding remote engineering and the GCC landscape to better advise potential partners.
· Qualification: Graduate or MBA with 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or similar role.
