Job Description

SUMMARY: -

The Business Development Manager (Franchisee Business) will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing franchise partners to expand the company's footprint. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of franchise models to drive sustainable growth for the business.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continuous advisory to potential SB.
  • Research calls and market updates to SB like event/ data/ news.
  • Investment Idea/Strategy recommendation for AUM based clients.
  • Client Acquisition enhancement by motivating SB and helping them
  • Make them understand about the importance of client acquisition -
  • Convince them for client acquisition
  • Understand their problems and provide solution and remove bottleneck -
  • Suggest new ideas and help them in planning client acquisition activities
  • Client activation activities by coordinating with SB

-Working on in-active client list

-Strategy formulation for making them active

-Better AUM Utilization

  • Regularly Franchisee Visits and resolved bottle- neck problems.
  • Training (Product/ Advisory/ market/ Business enhancement) to SB and supporting staff of SB

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in franchise acquisition, sales or B2B
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with potential franchisees
