Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Development Manager / Business Consultant to drive growth through a consultative approach. This role involves working closely with entrepreneurs, startups, and established organizations to support their business setup, market entry, and expansion initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business development capabilities with the ability to advise clients on incorporation, compliance, and strategic growth solutions while consistently delivering on revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in business incorporation, company formation, and advisory services.
- Engage with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients to understand their business objectives and expansion plans.
- Provide strategic guidance on business setup, cross-border expansion, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive lead generation through networking, partnerships, and outbound initiatives.
- Conduct high-impact client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance, and advisory) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Stay updated on global market trends, regulatory changes, and investment landscapes.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain structured sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of business incorporation, compliance, or market entry processes (domestic or international).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate client needs into solutions.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
