Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and growing our market presence. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategies for business growth, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales targets. The role also involves representing the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Sales: Proven skills in identifying opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving business growth.
• Research and Strategy: Strong capability in market analysis, creating business strategies, and identifying new revenue streams.
• Negotiation and Communication: Experience in negotiating contracts, communicating effectively with clients, and presenting business proposals with clarity and professionalism.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to work within a team, lead initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional efforts for achieving business goals.
• Beneficial Experience: Background in the construction or scaffolding industry will be an advantage.
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
