Qualifications:
- Must be a B.Tech graduate (preferred streams: Mechanical, Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chemical Engineering, etc.).
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience :Minimum 3+ years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Growth roles
- Good to have Manaufacturing Industry exposure

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries, geographies, or accounts
- Own end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with predictable forecasting
Strategic Account Management
- Develop long-term relationships with SLT, decision-makers, and influencers
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business challenges and aligning solutions
- Drive account expansion through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year engagements
Market & Account Development
- Identify and develop new markets, accounts, and strategic partnerships
- Translate customer problems into clear value propositions grounded in Algo8's execution capability
- Develop long-term account strategies beyond single transactions
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and marketing teams to create differentiated value propositions
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor sales and BD team members; set high-performance standards
- Work cross-functionally with delivery, finance, legal, and operations teams
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client events
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate sales reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, ethics, and governance standards
