Qualifications:

  • Must be a B.Tech graduate (preferred streams: Mechanical, Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chemical Engineering, etc.).
  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience :Minimum 3+ years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Growth roles

  • Good to have Manaufacturing Industry exposure

Job Summary:

To drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities while building long-term client partnerships. The role combines strategic thinking, execution excellence, and leadership to scale business outcomes in competitive Indian and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries, geographies, or accounts
  • Own end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with predictable forecasting

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with SLT, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business challenges and aligning solutions
  • Drive account expansion through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year engagements

Market & Account Development

  • Identify and develop new markets, accounts, and strategic partnerships
  • Translate customer problems into clear value propositions grounded in Algo8's execution capability
  • Develop long-term account strategies beyond single transactions
  • Collaborate with product, delivery, and marketing teams to create differentiated value propositions

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor sales and BD team members; set high-performance standards
  • Work cross-functionally with delivery, finance, legal, and operations teams
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client events

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate sales reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, ethics, and governance standards
