Job Title: Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in a digital/creative agency environment
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and strong client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing and creative services across industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted business advisor.
Understand client requirements and pitch customized digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Branding, etc.).
Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, performance, content) to create winning proposals, strategies, and SOWs.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with strategic, insight-driven proposals and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
Participate in networking events, online platforms, and outbound activities (LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach) to generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of pipeline, leads, and client communication in CRM tools.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services: SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Strong consultative selling approach with a focus on client needs and ROI.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads.
Proven track record of closing mid to large-scale digital marketing or branding deals.
Ability to articulate ROI-driven strategies and performance metrics to clients.
Existing network of clients or industry connections is a strong advantage.
