AIS Technolabs is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. If you have experience in IT services sales and client acquisition and are passionate about building global client relationships, we would like to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue growth
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills and Experience
4+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT Services industry
Strong expertise in lead generation and client acquisition
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Understanding of software development, mobile applications, and web solutions
Experience working with CRM tools and sales platforms
Preferred
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia)
Familiarity with Upwork, Clutch, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage
