AIMS Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-field role in Kochi. This position is strictly for professionals comfortable with daily field visits, local travel, and direct client interaction.
Role Expectations (Please Read Carefully)
- This is a field-intensive role, not a desk or hybrid position
- Daily travel within main Kochi / Ernakulam city areas to meet new and existing clients
- Explain insurance solutions clearly and convert meetings into business
- Maintain and grow client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Take ownership of targets and field outcomes
Mandatory Requirements
- 14 years of insurance sales experience (broking / bancassurance / insurance company)
- Resident of Kochi / Ernakulam city areas (candidates staying far outside the city may find daily commuting impractical)
- Valid four-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle compulsory
- Willingness and ability to travel daily for client meetings
- Strong discipline, reliability, and comfort with independent field responsibility
