Role Overvie

wAdLift Marketing is seeking a Business Development Manager (45 years experience) to drive new business growth through both inbound and outbound channels, with a strong emphasis on inbound. You will own the lead conversion funnel, manage client relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, data-driven, and experienced in working with CRM tools to manage pipelines, track leads, and convert them into long-term clients

Key Responsibilitie

s: Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals; qualify, nurture, and convert them into client

s. Drive outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, emails, and targeted outreach to create additional opportunitie

s. Own the sales pipelinetrack leads, update stages, and maintain data accuracy using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho

). Deliver pitches & proposals tailored to client needs; collaborate with internal teams to build solution-based presentation

s. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue target

s. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers to improve engagement and conversion

s. Conduct market research to identify new segments, emerging trends, and competitive insight

s. Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, lead conversions, and sales performance for leadership revie

w. Partner with marketing & account teams to improve lead quality, accelerate conversions, and ensure smooth client onboardin

Required Skills & Qualificatio

ns 45 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a digital marketing/agency environme
