Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to drive Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) business through the ecosystem of Aditya Birla Group at ABC - Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited.
This is a focused, high-value role involving sourcing, relationship management and portfolio deepening within ABG corporate, dealer and partner networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive LRD sourcing exclusively from ABG ecosystem (group companies, vendors, partners, dealer networks)
Build and deepen relationships with corporate stakeholders and channel partners
Identify and structure high-quality LRD opportunities (leased assets, rental-backed transactions)
Ensure end-to-end deal execution from sourcing to disbursement
Maintain portfolio quality and yield discipline
Collaborate closely with credit, legal and technical teams for structured deal closure
Key Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in LRD / HL-LAP / commercial real estate financing
Strong network in corporate / developer / leasing ecosystem
Ability to understand lease structures, rental cash flows and property evaluation
Proven track record of originating and closing structured lending transactions
High ownership mindset with ability to work in a focused, relationship-driven role
