Specific Responsibilities:
- Meet/achieve revenue targets in Karnataka.
- Develop and maintain mindshare across all stakeholders of the business.
- Identify, qualify and secure project and run-rate business from SME segment in the territory.
- Identify and secure large projects by working closely with end-users, Tier 1 SI partners, consultants, installers in various business verticals.
- Prepare, maintain and submit updated funnel and revenue forecast reports on a weekly basis.
- Interact with and provide pre-sales support to SI partners
- Interacting with distribution to ensure availability of materials
- Support MBSE to Collect receivables & statutory forms from direct customers
- Selection of System Integrators/Certified Installers for projects
- Providing first cut quotes using published price lists to end users, system integrators or certified installers.
- Conducting Product Training for System Integrator partners.
- Ensure compliance with all Policies and procedures
- Drive for continuous improvement in all areas
- Support all company focal point as required.
Skill Sets & Competencies:
- Knowledge of structured cabling viz. products, competition, installation practices, standards etc.
- Broad knowledge of networking
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- Should have a good sales track record in existing / previous assignments.
- Good analytical skills
- Learning ability and attitude
