Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help us with international projects/clients/business and can strike deals. You are expected to drive and oversee the growth of international business-to-business (B2B) sales. You will also expand the client base, establish and nurture client relationships, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Experience: 7+ years

Job Role/Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility for this position will include Business Development and International B2B Sales & Marketing. The individual should possess practical experience and a strong understanding of the geographical location. These activities will include one or more of the following:
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports.
  • Provide insights and guidance on IT solutions to clients.
  • Explore opportunities for product expansion and development.
  • The candidate must have prior international travel experience and should be willing to travel internationally for deal closures, meetings, and client acquisition.

Skills required:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and striking deals.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
