Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • Lead outreach initiatives such as co-branded conferences, college engagement activities (seminars, hackathons, All India Tests), and promotional events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations, with flexibility to travel across Central, North, and Western India.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate deals, and close high-value opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics, maintain reports, and manage dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
