Drive Growth in Metal Manufacturing & Election Technology!

Seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion in metal manufacturing, election technology, and global supply chain operations. As one of the world's oldest leaders in manufacturing innovation, we specialize in secure election systems and cutting-edge metal products, while actively innovating new product development in our metals vertical.

With a strong international presence, we deliver end-to-end solutions in election technology manufacturing and metal fabrication. Our Jaipur hub is the epicenter for steel product development, global supply, and pioneering new metal products for diverse industries.

We are equipped with a 3KW Fiber Laser Cutting Machine and operate across metal fabrication, wooden furniture manufacturing, and election product solutions. We are expanding our product portfolio and seeking high-margin, revenue-generating opportunities.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the metal industry. The primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and scale profitable product lines utilizing our 3KW fiber laser cutting capabilities, while exploring growth opportunities in wooden furniture and election-related products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new revenue-generating metal products.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-demand and high-margin opportunities.
  • Develop prototypes, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Explore B2B and B2C opportunities in metal fabrication, custom metal products, and industrial components.
  • Expand business in wooden furniture and election technology segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, architects, contractors, OEMs, and institutional buyers.
  • Generate new leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with production and design teams for feasibility and cost optimization.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications

  • 510 years of experience in the metal industry / metal product development / fabrication industry.
  • Strong understanding of laser cutting applications and metal fabrication processes.
  • Proven track record in developing and launching revenue-generating products.
  • Strong market research and business analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently drive new product ideas from concept to commercialization.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in architectural metal products, industrial components, decorative metal products, or OEM supplies.
  • Exposure to furniture manufacturing or election-related products is an added advantage.
  • Technical background in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred.
