This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Manager role located in Jaipur. The Senior Business Development Manager with 10+ years of experience will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue growth. Responsibilities include market analysis, partnership development, contract negotiation, and team collaboration to meet business objectives. The role requires a proactive mindset to drive business growth and improve market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in business development and achieving sales targets in prior roles
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
