Business Development Manager (Full-time, Mumbai)

Join 4AMedia to lead revenue growth and expand our footprint in the influencer marketing space. We're looking for a high-energy professional who understands the pulse of social media and the mechanics of brand partnerships.

Core Responsibilities:

Drive Growth - Identify and secure new brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns.

Strategic Planning: Execute business development plans to consistently hit sales targets.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term ties with brands, agencies, and creators.

Collaborative Pitching: Work with our creative and talent teams to build winning proposals.

Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to pivot strategies effectively.

What we are looking for -

Experience: 3+ years in Business Development/Sales, specifically within influencer marketing or digital media or Agency space

Performance: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation, networking, and social media strategy knowledge.

Interview Process
