Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based on-site in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and creating new business opportunities in the Instrumentation, Automation, Monitoring, and Control System solutions across the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Marine industries, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The Business Development Manager will also oversee client interactions, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role requires staying updated on market trends, attending industry events, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
