Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote role.

The Business Development Lead will identify and qualify new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients and partners, and leading outreach to medical device companies, operators, innovators, and ecosystem stakeholders. The role involves developing and presenting tailored proposals, coordinating with internal advisory and project teams to shape client solutions, and supporting the design and commercialization of advisory offerings and ecosystem platforms. The Business Development Lead will also maintain ongoing client relationships, track key performance metrics, and contribute to strategic planning, thought leadership, and representation of Pravesh Global at events and summits.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate markets, prioritize opportunities, and build data-driven business cases.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage senior stakeholders, manage client expectations, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Proven Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion in B2B or ecosystem-focused environments.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or consulting within healthcare, healthtech, aviation, or related sectors is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively fully remote.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, presentation software, and virtual collaboration platforms, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
