Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Lead Media to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and expand Schbang's media business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong industry connects, deep understanding of media planning & buying, and a proven track record in client acquisition within top digital media networks or advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and revenue generation for the media vertical
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across industries
  • Develop strategic growth plans and bring in high-value media mandates
  • Lead end-to-end sales pitches from strategy to presentation to closure
  • Design impactful, insight-led sales decks and proposals
  • Strong understanding of media planning, media buying, performance marketing, and digital ecosystems
  • Build and maintain strong C-level and marketing leadership relationships
  • Negotiate commercials and close high-value deals profitably
  • Collaborate with internal strategy, media, and creative teams to craft winning solutions
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging media opportunities

Requirements

  • 46 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Minimum 23 years with a reputed digital media network or leading advertising agency
  • Strong exposure to media buying & media planning
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, extroverted personality with a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to strategize, influence, and close deals effectively
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
