3–6 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or client acquisition, preferably in architecture, interiors, real estate, or construction-related industries
Strong understanding of the South India market (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana) with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Proven track record of generating qualified leads through a mix of on-ground networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels
Ability to build and maintain relationships with developers, corporate clients, retail brands, and HNIs
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to position design-led services in a premium manner
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Experience coordinating with internal design teams to convert leads into projects is an added advantage
Willingness to travel across South India for client meetings and business development activities
