Job Description

Develop and execute real estate strategies to support retail expansion PAN india
Manage property acquisition, lease negotiations, and renewals in alignment with business objectives
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the real estate sector for the fashion/apparel industry.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between property strategies and retail goals
Oversee property maintenance and compliance with local regulations
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other external partners
Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance and market trends
Ensure cost-effective management of the organization's real estate assets

The Successful Applicant

A degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the retail and fashion/apparel industry
Proficiency in property management and lease negotiations
Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proven track record of successful real estate projects in the retail sector
