Role Overview

As a Management Trainee (Intern), you will gain 360° exposure to the operations of a performance marketing agency. This internship is designed to fast-track your learning with hands-on experience in client management, campaign operations, analytics, and business growth, preparing you for a potential full-time role with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for smooth communication

 • Support campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to achieve performance goals

 • Track metrics, build dashboards, and extract actionable insights

 • Create progress reports for clients and partners

 • Identify growth opportunities and assist in pitching additional services

 • Collaborate across business, creative, and tech teams for campaign success

 • Troubleshoot challenges and ensure delivery excellence

 • Onboard publishers and manage existing accounts

What We're Looking For

Experience: Freshers or 0–6 months of experience in client servicing, account management, or analytics

Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or campaign management

Skills:

 • Strong communication skills

 • Analytical mindset

 • Ability to multitask

 • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Mindset: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a client-first attitude

Preferred: Prior internship in digital marketing/affiliate networks and familiarity with tracking or analytics tools
