As part of the Business Growth team, you&aposll play a key part in expanding our business while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job location: Mumbai

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 3 - 4 Months

Your day-to-day responsibilities will comprise:

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with brands, digital agencies, and marketing teams.
• Proactively build a pipeline of prospects through networking, research, and outreach.
• Engaging in cold outreach on LinkedIn and other similar platforms for lead generation
• Set up discovery calls, pitch Yellow Seeds expertise and creative offerings.
• Strategically define and prioritize high-potential target accounts.
• Participate in industry forums and communities to build awareness and generate leads.
• Work closely with strategy and content teams to pitch customized proposals.
• Maintain lead trackers and maintain pitch performance metrics.
• Assisting in marketing efforts.

Who/what are we looking for

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Available 2-3 days a week in office, as per the company roster.
• Strong teamwork skills and alignment with organizational goals and values.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work on projects independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
