We are looking for a Business Development Executive/ Intern to support our global sales and marketing initiativesespecially focused on the US market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to lead generation and pipeline growth for Worxwide's IT and digital consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential clients across industries for Salesforce, UX, AI, and ABM services.
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Market Research & Account Intelligence
- Research target companies and build persona-based outreach lists.
- Develop insights on potential client needs, industry trends, and digital transformation priorities.
- Campaign Support
- Execute multi-channel campaigns in coordination with marketing (email, social, events).
- Track performance metrics, conversions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Relationship Development
- Engage and nurture prospective clients through meaningful conversations.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery sessions for the senior consulting team.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach in international markets (especially US).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and IT/digital services landscape
- Research-oriented mindset with the ability to profile companies and decision-makers effectively.
