Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Assistant. The individual will support business growth by conducting market research, building client relationships, and assisting in the development of strategies to expand the company's client base. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, supporting customer service efforts, and contributing to overall business objectives through detailed analysis and proactive communication.

- Proficient analytical skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with market research and the ability to gather and interpret data effectively
- Customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their needs
- Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
