Our goal is to make digital solutions accessible and practical for businesses that want to grow using the internet.

At WerqTasks, interns get hands-on exposure to real business development activities including client outreach, lead generation, and sales communication while working in a startup environment.

Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Business Development Intern at WerqTasks. The intern will assist in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and reaching out to businesses through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Daily responsibilities include researching potential prospects, introducing WerqTasks services to business owners, maintaining lead records, and supporting efforts to convert leads into clients.

The role involves building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and assisting in closing deals. Interns will also contribute to outreach strategies and help expand the company's client base.

Duration: 3 months

Working Hours: Monday Friday | 11:00 AM 5:00 PM

Stipend: 2,500 per month + 500 commission for each successful convertion

Top-performing interns may receive a full-time opportunity after the internship with a CTC ranging from 3.3 LPA to 4.9 LPA based on performance. A certificate of completion will also be provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with business owners and potential clients
  • Ability to generate leads and conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities
  • Comfortable making outreach calls and sending professional emails to prospects
  • Basic analytical skills to understand client requirements and track lead progress
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Good time management and organizational skills to maintain lead records and follow-ups
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools for tracking leads and outreach
  • Any graduate or final-year student can apply; freshers are welcome
  • Interest in sales, business development, and startup environments is preferred
