Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our growth. This is a client-facing + backend role where you'll engage with customers and handle data-related tasks to ensure a smooth order flow and strong business pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with inbound customer leads via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
- Understand client requirements and guide them through product selection.
- Assist in converting leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM, and sales records.
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to streamline order processing.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to the founding team.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data management.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about startups and the sharing economy.
