About Us:

Voorent is one of India's emerging rental platforms offering furniture and appliances on flexible rental and lease models. We cater to startups, corporates, hotels, and individuals across Delhi-NCR, soon expanding to more cities.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our growth. This is a client-facing + backend role where you'll engage with customers and handle data-related tasks to ensure a smooth order flow and strong business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with inbound customer leads via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
  • Understand client requirements and guide them through product selection.
  • Assist in converting leads into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, CRM, and sales records.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to streamline order processing.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to the founding team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data management.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about startups and the sharing economy.
