We are currently expanding our Operations Squad. This is a performance driven role designed for individuals who possess a blend of technical intuition and business development acumen. We are looking for hunters, not list makers.
Compensation and Career ProgressionCommission-Based Structure: This is a 100 percent commission only role designed for high performers.
Remuneration: 30 percent of the total contract value per successful client acquisition. There is no flat stipend and no earning cap.
Full-Time Transition: This is a pipeline role. Exceptional interns who consistently hit their outreach and conversion targets will be fast-tracked for a full-time position, assuming Team Lead responsibilities over a dedicated squad with a base salary and additional override incentives.
Core ResponsibilitiesMarket Intelligence: Scour Product Hunt, LinkedIn, and local business directories to identify high-value prospects with visible technical inefficiencies.
Technical Auditing: Conduct rapid technical audits using standard tools to find actionable gaps such as 404 errors, slow mobile load times, or conversion friction.
Strategic Outreach: Draft and send highly personalized direct messages to Founders, CEOs, and decision-makers using a value-first approach.
Solution Selling: Can identify website technical gaps independently and convince owners to get a rebuild or technical intervention to fix their revenue leaks.
Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous documentation of leads, outreach status, and follow-ups within our centralized Discord operations server.
